You should change out the water every two days with vase arrangements to enhance the life of the arrangement.

You will be billed monthly if you have a weekly,monthly contract.  The bill is due upon receipt. 

We accept checks and cash and will in the future have paypal on our website.

If you have any problems with the arrangements you must call within the first 24 hours so that we may take care of any problems.

We require orders for special occasions at least two days before the day. 

We need from you a delivery time that is convenient and a contact telephone number of the recipient and your telephone number in case delivery is a problem.

We change out the vases and containers with contracts every week.  Should the container be broken we will charge for a replacement value.

Payment in advance is required for gift deliveries and you will be given an invoice for your records.

We offer a free delivery service within five mile radius of Belleair, outside that area there is a charge of $10.  Sunday Deliveries are $15 delivery charge outside the area.
